What if an AI edit comes out wrong?
Try again, or ask for another change — 2 more edits on that same picture are included, 3 in all. If you still don't like it and haven't downloaded it, press “Don’t charge me for this” and it won't count.
What happens when I use up my plan?
Nothing stops. If you have credits, they're used next. If not, buy a pack or wait for your plan to reset on the same day next month.
Do unused plan allowances roll over?
No, they reset each month. Credits you buy never expire.
What will my card statement say?
The charge shows as PICMERCHANT, for plans and credit packs alike. You can pay by card or with PayPal. Your receipt is on your Account page any time. Prices don't include sales tax: buyers with a Tennessee billing address pay Tennessee sales tax at checkout. Everyone else pays the price shown.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Account page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and your credits stay.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. You only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone.
